I didn't set out to build software.

I was simply trying to become a better landlord.

Like most property owners, I found myself juggling leases, receipts, maintenance requests, utility accounts, rent payments, tax documents, and a growing list of spreadsheets that never seemed to stay organized. Every new property added another layer of complexity.

Managing rentals had quietly become a second full-time job.

I knew there had to be a better way.

So I built the platform I wished I'd had from the beginning—one place where property records work together. Documents stay organized, tenants can pay securely or use recurring AutoPay, expenses and vendors are easier to review, maintenance requests stay connected to the property, and Schedule E-oriented records are ready when tax season arrives.

Today, My Own Rentals helps landlords spend less time managing properties and more time enjoying the freedom those properties were meant to create.
